Waveform design based on DDS

摘要

Abstract

In consideration of the characteristics of the digital baseband signal and requirements of communication system for signal transmission,the digital frequency synthesis technique of direct digital synthesizer(DDS)is utilized for waveform de⁃sign. ADI's AD9958 chip is used as the core to design and achieve all⁃digital frequency synthesizer. A digital communication sys⁃tem with FSK modulation,PSK modulation and linear scan function was built. The main components of the communication sys⁃tem and software control mode to implement all⁃digital waveform design are introduced in detail,so that the communication sys⁃tem has a variety of signal forms,wide operating frequency band,and waveform transform functions according to its need for operation at any time. The system has the advantages of reusable programming and dynamic reconfiguration,which make the sys⁃tem easy to modify,flexible and controllable. It can be widely applied to communication engineering field.
