摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the use efficiency of instruments and devices in laboratory,an implementation method of di-gital amplitude frequency characteristic analyzer integrated by several instruments is proposed in this paper. It takes DDS func-tion signal generator,digital oscilloscope and common PC as the hardware platform,in which the LabVIEW8.6 is configured in computer to control the function signal generator to produce sweep-frequency signal needed in the test. The sweep signal and the response signal of a network under test are collected by digital oscilloscope. The amplitude frequency characteristic measrement is implemented effetively by analysis,computation and display in computer. It has advanges of simple structure,easy configura-tion,high efficiency and low cost. It is an efficient replacement of commercial device.关键词
