摘要

Abstract

It is difficult for traditional programmable logic controller(PLC)to network flexibly and achieve M2M for large engineering equipment,so a new intelligent controller is designed in this paper to replace the original PLC applied to large engi-neering equipments. The new intelligent controller can completely replace the PLC functionally,and achieves heterogeneous net-work interconnection between different equipments and lightweight connection with Internet,with which M2M manufacturing sys-tem can be formed. It supports for the online service function of large engineering equipments. The security detection of equip-ment,intelligent diagnosis and proactive maintenance can be implemented by the new intelligent controller.
