Development of ADUC848-based gas permeability tester applied with differential pressure method
摘要
Abstract
To select the suitable packaging material,and forecast the shelf-life of the products,a test instrument which can measure O2,N2,CO2 automatically,accurately and roundly,and simulate the gas permeability needing by the production and packaging manufacturers and research institutes. The differential pressure method is used to measure the gas permeability,in which the automatic testing system is realized by ADUC848 hardware and software. The environments of test temperature,pres-sure and humidity can be adjusted automatically,and conduct with data communication with the upper computer. Various test parameters can be stored in the upper computer conveniently,which is easy to analyze. The actual measurement shows that the tester has high measurement accuracy for the parameters of temperature,pressure,humidity and permeability,and can achieve the design requirements of the food packaging industry.关键词
