Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of microRNA-106 a ( miR-106 a ) in the migration and invasion of epithelial ovarian cancer cells,and to verify whether TGFBR2 is the direct target of miR-106a. Methods:The expression of miR-106a in A2780 and Skov-3 cell lines were evaluated and its effects on migration and invasion of EOC cells were determined by transwell assyays in vitro. Finally,the possible target of miR-106a was explored by PicTar and TargetScan algorithm in EOC cells. Results:In this study,miR-106a was highly expressed in metastatic EOC cells (increased by 9 fold,P<0. 05),and could promote the migration and in-vasion of EOC cells in vitro (P<0. 05). Besides,the effects of miR-106a on the promotion of cellular migration and invasion were mediated by TGFBR2 . Conclusion:These observations in-dicate that miR-106 a could accelerate the EOC cell to migrate and invade through the inhibition of the pro-metastatic molecule.关键词
