Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment and prognosis of six patients with gesta-tional tropholastic neoplasia ( GTN) by emergency arterial embolizastion. Methods:Treatment and prognosis of six patients with gestational tropholastic neoplasia by emergency arterial embo-lizastion from Jun 2008 to Dec. 2014 at Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University were study retrospectively . Results:Six cases with GTN had arterial embolizastion. There had a-cute abnormal bleeding from metastatic lesions, three had uterine arteriovenous malformation ( AVM) . Four cases were given arterial embolizastion immediately and two cases were used after chemotherapy. All cases were successful in controlling the bleeding,which operated three cases. All cases were received 9 . 12 courses of simple or multi drugs chemotherapy ( range 6~11 ) . Five cases ( 83. 3%) were achieved complete remission. Conclusions:Arterial embolizastion can controlled acute abnormal blood with metastasis and uterine AVM. It is safety method and effectively control the disease progression, which to get the chance for chemotherapy. Chemo-therapy is the main strategy for patients with GTN after arterial embolizastion.关键词
