摘要

Abstract

The T/R module is the core part of active phased array radar .For space-borne, airborne and shipborne platforms , how to design a miniature , highly reliable T/R module suitable for mass production is very important .The introduction of Agilent ADS software in early stages can effectively shorten the design cycle and improve the design efficiency .A kind of C-band T/R module is presented in this paper , using a variety of monolithic microwave integrated circuit chips to realize the function of each part .The self-excited problem of amplifier is discussed and the solutions are presented .Transmitting and receiving function in C-band is real-ized and the simulation results meet the design requirements well .
