Abstract
In order to solve low mainlobe gain and high sidelobe gain of the standard Cassegrain antenna, which is introduced by the feed aperture, vice-reflector and strut shielding effect, a polarization-reversion and deformational Cassegrain antenna is proposed in this paper.The shielding effect of vice-reflector and strut is greatly reduced by the polarization selection of the vice-reflector and polarization-reversed of main-reflector.Based on the effective permittivity method, a simple simulation model is established to re-duce the structure of the main-reflector and vice-reflector.The reflectivity and transmittance of vice-reflector and polarization-re-versed rate of main-reflector are analyzed by the electromagnetic simulation software CST.The design of main-reflector and vice-re-flector are analyzed and optimized by the electromagnetic simulation software FEKO.Compared with the results of theoretical calcu-lation and simulation, the test results of the designed polarization-reversed Cassegrain antenna has a similar performance that the bandwidth is 2 GHz, and the sidelobe level of sum pattern is below -20 dB.关键词
