Abstract
In the present situation of intense market competition , how to strengthen the comprehensive budget management , how to reduce operating cost and how to optimize the allocation of resource could be the question of most of public hospitals .Further more , the enhancement of overall quality of service and core competitiveness of hospitals is also important .Public hospitals should go with quality , low consumption and high effectiveness .关键词
