改良口内微创切口入路联合颌间牵引治疗下颌角骨折的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of mandibular retromolar area minimally invasive incision combined with intermaxillary traction in the treatment of mandibular angle fracture .Methods Sixty patients with mandibular angle fracture were randomly divided into treatment group or control group , 30 cases in each group .The treatment group was performed with minimally invasive incision fixation reduction combined with two weeks intermaxil -lary traction, while the control group was given routine extraoral approach operation therapy .Clinical effect, operation parameters change , and postoperative situation were compared between the two groups .Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05);and there was a statistical difference between the two groups in operation parameter and complication (p<0.05).Conclusion Mandibular retromolar area mini-mally invasive incision combined with intermaxillary traction in the treatment of mandibular angle fractures with less postoperative complication , meeting the requirements on the functional recovery and postoperative appearance of the patients, and implying its broad clinical promotion .关键词
