医院青年干部人才培养方式和方法研究OA
THE STUDY OF THE PERSONNEL TRAINING METHODS OF THE YOUNG CADRE TAL-ENTS IN THE HOSPITAL
医院的青年干部人才是医疗服务水平及医学教育事业发展的未来，其培养需要同时在专业、科研、管理和授课等几个方面展开，方法和路径不同于其他行业的青年干部，本研究以中山大学附属第一医院东院的青年干部人才为对象，以培养的方法和路径为重点，通过文献研究、问卷调查、现场调查、统计分析、案例分析、360度访谈等方法，调查并分析了青年干部人才的培养及培训需求、个人基本状况、个人发展状况等；提出了医院青年干部人才培养应当遵循的几个原则和依据这些原则应当采取的一些培养方式和方法。
