Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement for treating ovarian cysts. Methods 100 cases of ovarian cysts in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were divided into the research group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional surgical treatment,while the re-search group was performed the laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement. The therapeutic effects and occurrence situation of postop-erative adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The intraoperative indexes(operative time,intraoperative bleeding amount) and postoperative indexes(healing time and hospital stay duration) had statistically significant differences be-tween the two groups(P<0.05). The levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone at postoperative 1,6 months in the research group were decreased compared with the control group ,moreover few adverse reactions occurred in the research group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst decollement for treating ovar-ian cysts has more obvious effect than the conventional operation.关键词
