1991~2015年我国结核病防治政策的特点分析
Analysis of characteristics of TB prevention and treatment policies in our country during 1991-2015

Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of TB prevention and treatment policies in our country since 1991 and to provide some corresponding perfecting suggestions. Methods The policies of TB prevention and treatment promulgated by our country were retrieved from network since 1991 to now,then which were divided into the 3 time periods of 1991-2000,2001-2010 and 2011-2015 according to the promulgation time ,promulgation institutions and policy type for conducting the descriptive analysis. Results Total 85 items of important TB national policies were issued during 1991-2015. The number of issued policies in the periods of 1991-2000,2001-2010 and 2011-2015 were 9(10.59%),52(61.18%) and 24(28.24%) respectively. The dis-tribution of issued institutions was 63 items (74.12%) issued by the health administrative departments;19 items (22.35%) issued by the diseases control and control business institutions and 3 items(3.53%) issued by the State Council;in the policy type,the standards and regulations were maximal,reaching 44 items(51.76%),followed by the comprehensive type of 36 items(42.35%). Conclusion The TB prevention and treatment policies in our country since 1991 show the characteristics of increase of promul-gation number,increase of promulgation institution level and gradually widening of policy types.关键词
