Abstract
Currently , the professional development of university counselors is still at the primary stage .The fact that there are no clear professional boundaries and obligations between counselors and teachers and administrative cadres, which is hampering the further professional development of university counselors .The reform for the profes-sional development of university counselors should be paid more attention: setting up professionalization system of university counselors and perfecting promotion mechanism; planning admittance channels and perfecting examina-tion system;setting up disciplinary system of university counselors ’ professionalization .From perspective of diver-sity development, to solve prominent problems about function division , training system, admittance mechanism, improvement space , etc.关键词
