摘要

Abstract

To optimize the best extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Blueberries and to exam the antiox-idant activity of total flavonoids extracts .Methods:Using the orthogonal test of L9(34) to determine the content of total flavonoids and the best optimum extractions and the antioxidant activity was evaluated by the methods of OH· 、DPPH· 、O-2 · and reducing power and compared with the antioxidant activity of Vc.Results:the extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Blueberries:40%vol ethanol solution、liquid/material radio 18 ∶1( V∶m)、ultrason-ic power was 50W、microwave power was 250W、extraction temperature was 55℃、extraction time was 7 minutes;Under such conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 6.433%.Antioxidant activity results showed that antioxidant activity of the flavonoids from Blueberries was obviously higher than Vc,and OH· ,DPPH· ,and O-2 · all have good ability to remove .Conclusion:this method was simple、quick, Blueberry flavonoids is a kind of effective free radical scavenger.
