Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Danhong injection on acute myocardial infarction in rabbits .Methods Animal model of acute myocardial infarction was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery of rabbits ,then all rabbits were ran-domly divided into 6 groups that ,sham operation ,fructose diphosphate ,high ,middle and low dose of Danhong injection group ,and they were treated for two weeks ,respectively .The activity of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ,creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in different time points were examined .The infarction area of the heart was examined after two weeks .Results The difference of cardiac enzymes (AST ,CK MB and LDH) and myocardial infarction area was not statisti-cally significant among 6 groups ,but there was a reduction trend for cardiac enzymes and myocardial infarct area in middle dose group (2ml/kg) of Danhong compared with the control group .Conclusions Danhong injection may have a protective effect on myocardial infarction in rabbits ,but the results need to be confirmed in further study .关键词
