低氧和运动对营养性肥胖大鼠血脂代谢的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effect of Hypoxia and Exercise on Blood Lipid Metabolism of Diet-induced Obese Rats
采用高脂饲料饲喂健康 SPF 级雄性 SD 大鼠建立营养性肥胖模型,对肥胖大鼠进行4周的低氧和/或运动干预。结果表明,低氧、运动以及低氧复合运动均可改善营养性肥胖大鼠血脂代谢。其中低氧复合运动改善血脂代谢效果优于单纯低氧和单纯运动。
To investigate the effect of hypoxia and /or exercise intervention on blood lipid metabolism of diet -in-duced obese rats, SPF-grade healthly male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed high fat forage to establish the obese model .
