摘要
Abstract
Tourist activity is cultural in essence.Tourism resource is the base of the tourism industry development , during which tourism resource is a carrier and the culture is the soul .The thesis applies the development idea of “scenery is the body, cul-ture is the soul” into practice and promotes the tourism industry development in Shangcheng , taking Shangcheng county of Xinyang city as an example.关键词
