摘要
Abstract
Through the study of KUO Sungtao ’s memorial to the throne and his diary, surveying the reason for his appointment and his occupational action there,we abtain his attempting to realize his ambition but never achieved .Though he succeed in military to a certain degree, his political move finally failed.But these didn’t prevent him from completing his own ideology , on the contrary, the short pe-riod of three years is just the transitional time for his ideology .关键词
