农村社会组织参政议政的现状及政策建议--以青岛市农村社会组织为例
The Present Situation and Policy Suggestions of Rural Social Organizations to Participate in Politics and Policy Recommendations：A Case Study of Qingdao Rural Social Organizations
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization process in Qingdao ,the rural social organizations have shown their roles particularly in political participation and policy recommendations .Therefore ,this paper , on the basis of the definition of rural social organizations ,pointed out the three advantages they conveyed in the construction of democratic politics in rural areas ,the realization of social fairness and justice in rural stability and the development of rural economy .It also analyzed the three problems existed in the rural po‐litical status quo in Qingdao :the single and rigid channel for the rural social organizations to participate in politics and policy recommendations ;the ineffective and loose organization ;the shortage of specific and ap‐propriate policies .T hus ,the paper finally proposed five policy recommendations to improve the functions of the rural social organizations on the basis of the practical investigations .关键词
