基于研发能力视角的企业创新绩效提升机制研究

Abstract
With the intensification of competition ,innovation has played an important part in the suc‐cess of enterprise .As the central part of technological innovation ,research and development are the key ele‐ments to enhance the performance of enterprise innovation .Based on the view of resources ,the paper com‐prehensively constructs the analysis framework of enterprise's research and development capabilities ,and analyzes the relationship between the enterprise's R & D capability and innovation performance by empiri‐cal research with the statistical data from the high‐tech enterprises of "Wuhan Optics Valley".It is found that the performance of the enterprise innovation depends on its size ;the patent and the number of science and technology agencies influence the performance of enterprise innovation .关键词
