学习力与新生代农民工就业质量的关系研究--基于SZ市新生代农民工的调查研究
Research on Relationship Between Learning Capacity and Employment Quality of New Generation Migrant Workers：A Case Study Based on the New Generation Migrant Workers'in SZ City
摘要
Abstract
The employment quality of the new generation migrant workers has become increasingly prominent .There are many factors accounting for employment quality of new generation migrant workers , while learning capacity is one of the most important factors .The sampling survey of employment quality and learning capacity of new generation migrant workers in Suzhou shows that most new generation mi‐grant workers have an average degree of satisfaction about their employment quality ,and the more learning capacity they possess ,the more satisfaction they will feel with their employment quality .However ,the learning capacity they have is too limited to develop their vocation .Therefore ,it is necessary to stimulate their learning motivation ,help them raise good learning habit ,promote their learning ability and optimize learning environment to promote their employment quality .关键词
