Abstract
As IT service management system is one of the three major elements of IT service management, the original IT service management system needs to be adjusted and optimized, with the cloud resource pool construction. This paper makes analysis for the challenge from the cloud resource pool construction and operation in process support, dynamic resource scheduling, and operation monitoring and capacity management.关键词
