Abstract
In the context of accelerating the reform of national enterprises, the new round of telecommunication industry reorganization is extremely urgent. By comparing and analyzing both the ifrst four rounds of telecommunication industry and oil-gas industry reorganizations, the experience of annexation and reorganization of international telecommunication industry was used for reference to provide an idea to domestic telecommunication industry reorganization.关键词
