Process Design and Operation of Hydrochloric Acid Regeneration Plant

Abstract
The spraying and roasting technology designs of No.2 hydrochloric acid regen-eration plant in Mei Steel of Baosteel Group are introduced. Venturi scrubber and new chemical alkali washing exhaust gas tower scrubber are adopted in this system. After the commissioning, the system runs stably, has a higher degree of automation and control. The operation energy consumption of the whole system is low.关键词
