煤掺废塑料炼焦的实验研究

Coking Test Study with Coal and Waste Plastics

摘要

Abstract

The coking thermal weightlessness test with coal and waste plastics (WP) and the simulative coking test has been done, respectively using thermal balance and 2 kg test coking furnace. The related features of coke and tar from the simulative coking test are tested and analyzed. The test results show that the coking product with coal and a small amount of WP has obvious “oil increasing and water reducing”effect and the metallurgical properties of coke can be improved. The tar has obvious aromatization and light qualitative trend. The coking with coal and 2% waste plastics can achieve the double effect of improving coking product quality and processing waste plastics.
