摘要

Abstract

This paper discusses in detail the application of the pressure swing adsorp-tion separation process in CO2 extraction from the sleeve kiln exhaust gas and utilization of the recovered CO2 in the mixed blow steelmaking process, which can reduce the temperature of oxygen jet fire area, improve the smelting effect of the dephosphorizing furnace and de-phosphorization rate and increase gas caloric value. It can also reduce environmental pollution and iron loss through dust control in steelmaking process. At the same time, using CO2 to partly replace argon or nitrogen in converter bottom blowing can reduce argon or nitrogen consumption and production cost and directly promote energy-saving and emission reduction, providing a platform for carbon trading in the future.
