开天门治疗对骨科腰麻术后头痛的护理研究
Nursing Study on Kaitianmen in Treatment of Postdural Puncture Headache

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kaitianmen in treating postdural puncture headache (PDPH). Methods 120 PDPH patients received lower extremity operation in our hospital form January 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given fluid therapy, the observation group was given Kaitianmen therapy on this basis. The degree of headache was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS). The VAS scores before and after treatment and clinical treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results The VAS scores of two groups after treatment improved significantly, and the VAS scores of observation group were better than those of control group (P <0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Kaitianmen can effectively relieve the headache in the treatment of postdural puncture headache, with definite clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
