Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diabetes nursing home health education on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 108 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table, with 54 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional drug therapy, and the control group was given traditional health education, the experimental group was given diabetes nursing home health education. The related knowledge about diabetes and control situations of blood glucose were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The scores of reasonable diet, reasonable exercise and reasonable administration of experimental group were better than those of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and postprandial 2h blood glucose of experimental group were lower than those of control group, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusions For patients with diabetes mellitus, diabetes nursing home health education can significantly improve patients' master degree of related knowledge about diabetes, significantly improve patients' blood glucose fluctuations and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
