Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality and early nursing intervention on the constipation of patients with lumbar fractures. Methods 15 cases of patients with lumbar fractures treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were set as control group and received routine nursing, 15 patients with lumbar fractures treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were set as experimental group and received early nursing intervention. The conditions of defecation, clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results 11 cases (73.33%) in experimental group defecated successfully, significantly higher than 5 cases (33.33%) in control group, the total condition of defecation of experimental group was better than that of control group;the incidence of abdominal distension, adverse emotions and adverse reactions in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group;all the difference was statistical (P<0.05). Conclusions Early nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of constipation in patients with lumbar fractures, and can improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the pain, promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
