The Application of High Quality Nursing in Complications After Neonatal Congenital Duodenal Atresia Surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of high quality nursing in complications after neonatal congenital duodenal atresia surgery. Methods 62 cases of newborns with complications after implementing congenital duodenal atresia surgery in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given high quality nursing on this basis. The recovery of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were recorded. Results The cure rate of complications of observation group after intervention was 64.52%, without deterioration;the cure rate of complications of control group was 35.48%, and the deterioration rate was 19.35%; the cure rate of two groups had statistical difference (P <0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group after intervention was 93.55%, significantly higher than 67.74%of control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions For newborns with complications after implementing congenital duodenal atresia surgery, high quality nursing can promote the recovery of complications, alleviate the pain of children, which is conducive to long-term prognosis and worthy of promotion.关键词
