Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods 46 cases of patients with ureteral calculi were selected. All patients received traditional two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound and spiral CT. The results of ultrasound were compared with spiral CT, and the accuracy of the color Doppler ultrasound was evaluated. Results The check results had no significant difference between color Doppler ultrasound and spiral CT (P>0.05), but the check results had significant difference between traditional two-dimensional ultrasound and spiral CT (P <0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimension ultrasound in these calculi situations including upper section of the third lumbar segment level and the area around, the lower section of the place between the second and third narrow and the second narrow section s (P<0.05). Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound has a higher diagnostic accuracy for ureteral calculi, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
