爱婴球囊对比欣普贝生在延期妊娠引产中的临床疗效观察
Comparison on the Clinical Effects of Aiying Ballon and Pepidil for Induced Labor of Full-Term Pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of aiying ballon and pepidil for induced labor of full-term pregnancy. Methods 140 cases of induced labor of full-term pregnancy admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into control group (n=70, aiying ballon) and observation group (n=70, pepidil). The maternal cervical Bishop score, total duration of labor, mode of delivery, amount of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal outcome were observed and compared between the two groups. Results No statistical difference was found between the two groups in the maternal cervical Bishop score, natural delivery rate, and incidence of neonatal complications (all P>0.05). Conclusions Both aiying ballon and pepidil for induced labor of full-term pregnancy can reduce the complications of mother and infant, which are worthy of clinical application.关键词
