Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human erythropoietin for the treatment of anemia of chronic disease. Methods 120 patients with anemia of chronic disease admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups equally. On the basis of therapy for primary disease, the control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received recombinant human erythropoietin. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 70.0% of control group (P <0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in the hemoglobin, average corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, average corpuscular hemoglobin amount, average red blood cell volume and red blood cell distribution width (all P<0.05). Conclusions Recombinant human erythropoietin for the treatment of anemia of chronic disease has significant effect, which is worthy of promotion.关键词
