Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of simple gonorrhea treated by different doses of cefoperazone sulbactam. Methods 90 cases of patients with simple gonorrhea were selected as research objects. According to the dose of cefoperazone sulbactam, all cases were divided into three groups equally:low dose group (1.5 g/d), middle dose group (2.25 g/d) and high dose group (3.0 g/d). The clinical effects at 1st, 3rd and 7th day of treatment of three groups were compared and analyzed. Results At 1st and 3rd day of treatment, the total effective rates of middle dose group and high dose group were significantly higher than those of low dose group (P<0.05). At 7th day of treatment, the total effective rates of low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group were 96.67%, 100.00%and 100.00%respectively, without statistical difference among three groups (P>0.05 ). The incidence of adverse reactions of low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group was 6.67%, 6.67%and 10.00%respectively, without statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusions Middle dose of cefoperazone sulbactam has faster effect and fewer adverse reactions for the treatment of simple gonorrhea, which meets the requirements of early treatment of simple gonorrhea and is economic.关键词
