Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of nurse-patient communication in outpatient nursing work. Methods 200 outpatients in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were selected as control group;200 outpatients in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2014 were selected as study group. The nursing staff of the control group did not receive communication training, while the nursing staff of the study group received nurse-patient communication training. Patients' satisfaction degree toward outpatient nursing, incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and patients' complaint rate were compared between the two groups. Results Patients' satisfaction degree toward nursing of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and complaint rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Good nurse-patient communication in the outpatient nursing can increase the nurses' service awareness, improve patients' satisfaction, and reduce nurse-patient disputes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
