面式减温器筒体内壁应力分析及裂纹成因探讨
Stress Analysis and Crack Cause Discussion for the Surface Desuperheater Cylinder
摘要
Abstract
Theoretical stress calculation for the cylinder inner wall of a power plant surfaces desuperheater was executed .And the growing process ,that radiating heat cracks on the cylinder inner wall were gradual-ly caused by the intermittent dropping of ,was discussed .The condensation droplet temperature range also was obtained.Secondly,based on Langer′s stress-low cycle life relationship,the surface desuperheater cylinder fatigue life was estimated well ,which verified that radiating heat cracks on the inner wall endur-ing the condensation droplet dropping would occur certainly .It provides the theoretical basis for this type surface desuperheater improvement design in the future .关键词
