预拉伸奥氏体不锈钢常温拉伸力学性能试验研究

摘要
Abstract
To investigate the influence of pre -loading on mechanical behavior of austenitic stainless steel during tensile experiment,then it is important to provide data for the design of cold stretched austenitic stainless steel.S30408 austenitic stainless steels which were under different pre -loadings and different processing methods for research were conducted at room temperature at certain strain rates .Results show that the tensile strength of specimen which are made from plate ,then tension specimen to a specific strain,is nearly unchanged.Along with the increasing pre -loadings,yield strength increases and the plas-tic of material reduces.However,the tensile strength of specimen which are made from plate with pre -loading is proportional to the original without pre -loading.关键词
