Developing of S32750 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate and Application in Coking Coal Moisture(CMC)Drier
摘要
Abstract
Super-duplex stainless steel S32750 has the characteristics of composition ,high Cr,Mo and high N(0.24%~0.32%).Comparing with 2205,it has higher strength,better pitting and stress corro-sion resistance,and super weldability.The key technologies,such as controlling alloy element nitrogen in smelting,learning hot deformation behaviour and preventing σphase precipitation in heat treatment process were investigated,so the stainless steel plate was successfully developed .The plate has super usa-bility and can satisfy the manufacture requirements of coking coal moisture (CMC)drier.关键词
