磁共振胰胆管成像在胆道结石诊断中的应用价值
Effectiveness of Application of Magnetic Resonance Cholangio-pancreatography in Diagnosis of Biliary Calculi

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of application of MRCP (Magnetic Resonance Cholangio-pancreatography) in the diagnosis of biliary calculi.Methods The MRCP images of sixty biliary calculi patients who had been conifrmed by using ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography) in the hospital from March to August 2012 were retrospectively reviewed.Results Among all the patients, 19 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones, 12 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stones as well as 29 cases of liver and extrahepatic stones were found by using ERCP versus 19, 10 and 27 cases respectively by using MRCP. MRCP failed to diagnose four cases and its diagnostic accuracy and missed diagnosis rate were 93.3% and 6.7% respectively.Conclusion MRCP demonstrated its safe, simple and non-invasive features with high success rate, which deserved wider promotion.关键词
