摘要
Abstract
Objective To standardize the management of information in various reporting forms in the hospital by using informatization means so as to assist users in iflling in the reporting forms in an efifcient, complete and accurate way.Methods Based on the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system, a uniifed information reporting system was established to optimize the reporting process from the passive to active way.Results Information in all kinds of report forms were gathered in the EMR system, which realized multiple features, including the automatic collection of patients’ information, tips for the reporting form, role authorization management and query statistics.Conclusion With integration of the system, the reporting efifciency and accuracy were improved, strong support might be expected from the system in the future for more intelligent clinical decisions.关键词
