Abstract
20 trace elements Mg,Al,Ca,Fe etc in high purity tin were determined by glowing discharge mass spectrometry.Instrument operating parameters were optimized,and the relationship among the impurity con-centration of the pre -sputtering time,measurement accuracy and reproducibility are discussed.关键词
