灯盏花 matK 基因序列分析及分子鉴定
Gene sequence analysis and molecular authentication of the matK gene of Erigeron breviscapus

Abstract
In its application,the medicinal plant Erigeron breviscapus will easily get mixed with plants of the Eeri-geron genus or Asters.This research focuses on the bioinformatic analysis of the matK gene of Erigeron breviscapus and its phytomorphology.The matK gene of Erigeron breviscapus was amplified and cloned by the PCR method be-fore its bioinformatic analysis.The results showed that the full length sequence of the matK gene of Erigeron brevis-capus was 1,317bp,and 438 encoded amino acids,with no signal peptide or transmembrane protein,and some hy-drophilic property.Its secondary structure is primarily an alpha helix and beta fold,and the subcellular localization confirmed the existence of the matK gene in the chloroplastid of eukaryotes with eight protein-binding sites and three polynucleotides.The combination of the methods of phytomorphology,the sequence variation of amino acids and the phylogenetic tree can distinguish Erigeron breviscapus from other plants.关键词
