Cu2+离子荧光探针 R1的合成及光谱性能研究
Synthesis of chemsensor R1 for Cu2 +and their spectral effects

Abstract
For investigating the metal ions in ethnic medicine,a Cu2 + fluorescent chemosensor R1 was synthesized based on rhodamine B.The results of its spectrum show that chemosensor R1 displays an excellent selectivity for Cu2 + in ethanol /water(10 ∶90,V/V)solution.Different from Cu2 +,other metal ions such as Cr3 +,Fe3 +,Fe2 +, Hg2 +,Mn2 +,Co2 +,Pb2 +,Mg2 +,Ca2 +,Cd2 +,Zn2 +,Ba2 +,K +and Ni2 +,did not induce any spectral response under identical conditions.Moreover,competition experiments of Cu2 + with other metal ions and anions imply that R1 has more coordination tendency and selectivity to Cu2 +.And the binding mode supported by the data of the Job′s plot indicates a 1∶1 stoichiometry for the R1 -Cu2 + complex.关键词
