Abstract
7-amino-2,4-dimethyl-1 and 8-naphthyridine are prepared as the initial materials for the design,synthesis and characterization of 1,8 -naphthyridine and pyrrolo compounds by acylation with acetic anhydride at a high-tem-perature reaction.This research focuses on the optical properties of the products in the different polar solvents through the ultraviolet absorption spectra and the fluorescence emission spectrum,and the results show that this type of 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives has good light stability and high fluorescence quantum yields;at the same time,it shows some blue shift phenomenon along with the increase of the solvent polarity.The experimental scheme has a shorter reaction route,a high yield of the target product,a high utilization rate of the raw materials,and is simple in the product separation.关键词
