摘要

Abstract

Taking the leaves of loquat as materials, the improved method SDS was used for the RNA isolation. Based on the extracted total RNA, the AS gene conservative district sequence was cloned by the method of homology cloning and nested PCR. The results demonstrated that the conserved sequence was 854 bp in length, coded 284 amino acids and was named ejAS (NCBI number:JX173279.1). Though sequence analysis by Blast in NCBI, the results showed that the ejAS gene had the highest homology and similarity (98%) to the Malus×domestica, and shared above 70%homology with the reported Aralia elata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Polygala tenuifolia, etc.
