三种植物生长调节剂对楝叶吴茱萸光合作用的影响
Effects of Three Plant Growth Regulators on Photosynthesis of Evodia glabrifolia

Abstract
Seedling of Evodia glabrifolia were used as test materials, using three plant growth regulators NAA, IAA and ABT-3 to dispose the plant with three concentration gradient of 50, 100, 150 mg·L-1 and CK(water), the photosynthetic characteristics were measured. The results showed that for NAA and IAA, the most suitable concentration was 150 mg·L-1; for ABT-3, the most suitable concentration was 100 mg·L-1. Among 9 kinds of treatments, NAA with concentration of 150 mg·L-1 was the most suitable and the most stimulative for promoting the photosynthesis of E. glabrifolia seedling;IAA with concentration of 50 mg·L-1 had less effect on photosynthesis. This research results would provide technical reference for transplanting of E. glabrifolia.关键词
