摘要

Abstract

Seedling of Evodia glabrifolia were used as test materials, using three plant growth regulators NAA, IAA and ABT-3 to dispose the plant with three concentration gradient of 50, 100, 150 mg·L-1 and CK(water), the photosynthetic characteristics were measured. The results showed that for NAA and IAA, the most suitable concentration was 150 mg·L-1; for ABT-3, the most suitable concentration was 100 mg·L-1. Among 9 kinds of treatments, NAA with concentration of 150 mg·L-1 was the most suitable and the most stimulative for promoting the photosynthesis of E. glabrifolia seedling;IAA with concentration of 50 mg·L-1 had less effect on photosynthesis. This research results would provide technical reference for transplanting of E. glabrifolia.
