4种观花地被植物对PEG模拟干旱胁迫的生理响应及其抗旱性评价
Physiological Responses of 4 Species of Parterre Flower under PEG Simulated Drought Stress

Abstract
In this study, 4 species of parterre flower with high-frequentness usage in urban green land and long blossom, such as Zephyranthes candida, Iris tectorum, Catharanthus roseus, Angelonia angustifolia were used as the materials. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) simulated drought stress treatments were done on seedling plants to analyze changes of physiological indicators, and their drought resistances were evaluated. The results showed that with the stress degree increased, the relative water contents of 4 tested materials were decreased, C. roseus under mild stress had been significantly reduced. The relative electrical conductivity, the contents of soluble sugar, proline and MDA increased in a certain degree. Principal component analysis showed that the drought resistant capability in descending order was as follows, Z. candida>I. tectorum>A. angustifolia>C. roseus.关键词
