Abstract
Low temperature soaping in reactive dyeing is one of the most important processes to save en-ergy and reduce consumption. The effects of kinds of soaping agents, soaping time, assistant dosage and pH on the soaping result were studied. It was found that under the process that the DM-1542 dosage was 2~3 g/L, the soaping temperature was 60 ℃, the soaping time was 30 min and pH=10, the soaping fastness of the dyed fabric could reach the level of conventional high temperature soaping process for most reactive dyes. And the color yield of the soaped fabric was slightly higher than that of the conventional process.关键词
