Abstract
With the mixture of V(chloroform):V(methanol)=25:1 as eluent, three fractions of stearic acid triethanolamine ester were obtained by silica gel column chromatography separation, and analyzed qualitatively by high efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC), infra-red spectrum (IR) and mass spectra (MS). The results in?dicated that the three fractions were triesteramine, diesteramine and monoesteramine respectively. With the corresponding standard curve of the three high purity components of triesteramine, diesteramine and monoes?teramine, combined with the results of HPLC and column chromatography separation, the HPLC was a conve?nient, quick and exact method for quantitative analysis of triethanolamine esters of stearic acid.关键词
